About the Role
The Regional Sales Manager – Factories position at Aleon Pty Ltd is a key role that requires a sales professional with extensive experience in handling key accounts, particularly in FMCG and commercial sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building market share, and fostering strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan fortnightly sales call schedules to ensure a value-added approach.
- Learn and apply client classifications.
- Drive and achieve volumes / budget across all categories.
- Build on and research product and industry knowledge.
- Work on promotional activity as per standards.
- Build solid long standing client relationships.
- Maintain an absolute focus on customer and service.
- Provide weekly sales reports.
- Proactively look for new business and explore opportunities in the market.
- Provide information on market trends as required.
- Manage sales administration tasks.
- Ensure deliveries are carried out to company standards.
- Develop new relationships through field visits.
- Develop agreements for factory accounts.
- Review customer accounts monthly to identify and solve queries and outstanding matters.
Requirements
- Relevant Degree in Food Technology or equivalent.
- Or Business Degree BCom
