About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Ntshu Air Middelburg. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
- Grow revenue through new client acquisition and increased work from existing clients.
- Conduct site visits to understand customer operational needs and recommend suitable air compressor solutions.
- Promote and sell air compressors, parts and servicing contracts.
- Prepare, present, and follow up on quotations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Meet and exceed agreed sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms in line with company policies.
- Maintain and actively manage a structured sales pipeline.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in industrial, technical, or engineering-related environments.
- Experience in the air compressor industry or similar technical fields will be a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-focused.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel for client visits.
