Job Description

About the Role: Youll manage the entire recruitment cycle, from client engagement and business development to candidate sourcing and placement. This is a true 360 role for consultants who love the thrill of closing deals and building long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and interview top talent across various industries. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless experience. Meet and exceed monthly placement and revenue targets. Stay up to date with market trends and client needs. Requirements Minimum 5 years experience in an agency environment (essential). Solid track record in full-cycle recruitment and business development. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Target-driven, proactive, and passionate about connecting people with opportunities. Experience recruiting in IT, Finance, Engineering, will be an advantage. What We Offer Competitive basic salary commission structure.
