About the Role
Dis-Chem Pharmacies (CJ Speciality) is seeking a Customer Liaison Officer to join our team at our Head Office in Midrand. As a liaison, you will provide product and service information to clients and suppliers, resolving any concerns with accuracy and efficiency. Your primary goal will be to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and maintain high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between clients and suppliers
- Provide product/service information and resolve concerns accurately and efficiently
- Optimize sourcing procedures for maximum efficiency
- Use sound ethical negotiation strategies to secure profitable deals
- Liaise with warehouse staff to prioritize orders
- Represent the company well at all times, aligning with our mission, vision, and values
- Develop and nurture meaningful supplier relationships
- Ensure speedy resolution of client complaints and recommend solutions to improve service delivery
- Undertake customer satisfaction research to identify customer experiences
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric or Senior Certificate
- Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant Qualification (minimum)
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in customer service
- Relevant Business Development qualification (advantageous)
- SAP Experience, Unisolve, and EWM experience (advantageous)
