About the Role

Communicate Finance is seeking an experienced Commercial Export Operations Account Manager to join our team in Midrand. This role will manage end-to-end export operations while supporting the optimization of digital supply chain solutions. The successful candidate will build and grow client relationships, analyze market trends, manage trade processes, and support the rollout of new feature sets. We are looking for a skilled professional who can work closely with our operations, commercial, and product teams to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience within logistics, export operations, perishable commodities, planning, or commercial farming

  • Strong operational, problem-solving, and data analysis skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, independently, and across multiple teams
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Afrikaans beneficial)
  • Experience supporting or improving logistics workflows and processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field (preferred)
