About the Role
As a Data Product Manager in our Financial Data team, you will play a critical role in shaping how Finance leverages data, automation, and analytics to become more predictive, efficient, and insight-driven. You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end finance data products from concept to implementation, partnering with stakeholders across FP&A, Record-to-Report, and Management Reporting, and driving process improvement and automation using tools like Power Platform.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and deliver end-to-end finance data products from concept to implementation
• Partner with stakeholders across FP&A, Record-to-Report, and Management Reporting
• Design and deploy Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions
• Translate business requirements into clear KPIs, insights, and data models
• Lead project delivery, including backlog management, sprint planning, and stakeholder updates
• Drive process improvement and automation using tools like Power Platform
• Ensure strong data governance, quality, and compliance standards
• Support adoption, training, and change enablement across Finance teams
Requirements
• 4–6+ years’ experience in Finance reporting, analytics, or data product delivery
• Strong experience with:
• Power BI or Databricks
• Advanced Excel
• SQL / data environments
• Proven ability to lead projects end-to-end
• Strong understanding of finance processes and reporting
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Finance & Tech)
Qualifications
• Degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Finance, Economics)
• Professional finance qualification (e.g. CIMA, ACCA, ACA) – advantageous
• Certifications in Power BI, Azure, or Data platforms – beneficial
