About the Role
Network Finance is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Midrand. As a key member of our finance function, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership and guidance to support the growth and success of our business. You will work closely with senior management to deliver accurate and timely financial insights, as well as drive accountability and continuous improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly management accounts in line with IFRS standards
- Oversight of financial reporting and budgeting processes
- Delivery of accurate, decision-useful financial insights to senior management
- Manage, mentor, and develop finance teams to drive business growth
- Drive accountability, delivery, and continuous improvement across the organization
Requirements
- CA(SA) qualification
- Experience as a Financial Manager within financial services
- Strong technical foundation with a commercial mindset
- Comfortable operating in regulated, deadline-driven environments
- Proven ability to add value beyond the numbers
Qualifications
- CA(SA) (Chartered Accountant/Surety Accountant) qualification
