Job & Company Description:
A fast-growing organisation operating across the IT, property, and services sectors is seeking to appoint a commercially minded Finance Manager to join their finance team.

This position is fully remote, with the successful candidate based in Midrand and required to travel internationally on a monthly basis.

This opportunity is ideally suited to a CA(SA) with 2–3 years’ post-qualification experience who is eager to broaden their exposure within a group structure. The role will involve overseeing key financial functions across multiple entities, with a strong focus on group consolidations and foreign exchange exposure within an international environment.

The successful individual will work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in strengthening financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy across group structures, and supporting strategic financial decision-making.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee group financial reporting and consolidations across multiple entities
• Monitor and manage foreign exchange transactions and exposure
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in line with relevant standards
• Analyse financial results and provide insights to support business decisions
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Maintain strong financial controls and reporting structures across the group
• Collaborate with international stakeholders and support cross-border financial activities
• Travel internationally (Dubai) on a monthly basis as part of the role

 
Job Experience & Qualifications:

• CA(SA) qualification (non-negotiable)
• 2–3 years’ post-qualification experience
• Experience with group consolidations is essential
• Exposure to foreign exchange transactions will be highly advantageous
• Experience within IT, property, services, or multi-entity environments beneficial
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel internationally on a monthly basis
