Purpose of the Role

To support warehouse operations through handling, packing, sorting, and movement of cargo, including working in cold storage environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and offload cargo manually
• Pack, sort, label, and store goods correctly
• Assist with stock control and inventory counts
• Work in cold storage areas when required
• Keep warehouse clean and organized
• Follow safety, quality, and security procedures
• Assist forklift drivers and supervisors as needed

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12)
• 2-3 years’ warehouse experience
• Cold storage experience (essential or strong advantage)
• Experience in cargo, logistics, or distribution environment
• Physically fit and able to perform manual work
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and overtime
• Must have ACSA card
