About the Role
Our client, an established and successful accounting firm, is seeking a seasoned CA(SA) qualified Audit Manager to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for technical work on existing clients as well as managing a team of 15 staff members.
Key Responsibilities
- Review financial statements with precision to ensure regulatory accuracy and compliance
- Calculate and submit tax returns for businesses, trusts, and individuals
- Advise clients on complex tax matters and strategies to improve tax efficiency
- Prepare financial statements aligned with relevant accounting standards
- Manage a team of 15 staff members and collaborate closely with the practice manager and business partner
Requirements
- CA(SA) qualification (minimum requirement)
- At least 5 years post-qualification experience within a small accounting practice
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Strong client service orientation
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail, ethical conduct, and professionalism
