Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare talent management and transformation reports for Board, Exco, and Human Capital Manco.
- Conduct research, benchmarking, and analysis of human capital and transformation metrics.
- Compile and analyse Human Capital dashboards to inform business sustainability.
- Drive Employment Equity submissions and BEE scorecard reporting, including monitoring and presenting EE performance.
- Analyse and prepare remuneration and long-term incentive data for Exco and below.
- Support sustainability reporting, ESG metrics identification, and shareholder-related submissions.
- Liaise across business units to source, analyse and present workforce data.
- Provide high-level support to the Executive Director, including stakeholder engagement, correspondence, and calendar management.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economic Science, Mathematical Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Human Capital analytics, with proven track record in data analysis, reporting, and compliance.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS, payroll, and employee management systems.
- Excellent report writing, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation (EE, BEE, Labour, etc.).
- Core Competencies: Strategic thinking, project management, attention to detail, collaboration, and innovation.
