About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Midrand, South Africa. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HR management, industrial psychology, labour relations, or a related field, with a proven track record of administrative competency and senior leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic human resources initiatives that drive business growth and improvement
- Provide expert guidance on labour legislation, HR governance, and change management to executive and board levels
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners
- Analyze data and make informed decisions to inform people strategy
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, maintaining high levels of integrity and ethics
Requirements
- BCom Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Labour Relations, or related field
- Minimum of 812 years HR experience
- Proven Administrative Competency
- Significant experience in a senior leadership role
- Strong commercial and business acumen
- Expert knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR governance
Qualifications
- Postgraduate qualification (Honours / Masters) is advantageous
