Job Description
Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Sales Consultant to support insurance partners, B2B clients, and retail customers across the full claims and sales cycle. The role involves managing quotations, processing claims, coordinating orders from initiation to delivery, and providing exceptional after-sales support. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring service excellence, and driving business growth through value-added sales.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and process insurance claims and quotations within SLA timelines.

Execute quoting, claim authorisation, and processing through insurer portals.

Ensure all claims are actioned, resolved, and closed within agreed timeframes.

Coordinate delivery of replacements, including upselling of accessories and value-added products.

Oversee administrative sales functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SOPs and SLAs.

Collaborate with the sales team on repairs, aftersales activities, and special courier arrangements.

Maintain strong relationships with B2B partners, procurement managers, and corporate clients.

Manage quotations and orders for B2B clients from initiation through to delivery.

Provide procurement with stock requirements to support seamless order fulfilment.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with insurers, brokers, and corporate customers.

Handle direct retail sales from quotation to delivery, including upselling opportunities.
-
Deliver professional and timely customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Ensure adherence to compliance standards, SLAs, and company policies.

Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of claims, quotations, and sales activities.

Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and service innovations.

Escalate exceptional cases promptly to management.
Minimum Requirements

Matric (with strong English communication skills).
-
Ability to speak Afrikaans will be advantageous.

Minimum of 3 years experience in a call centre, tele-sales, or internal sales environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).

SAP experience advantageous.

Excellent telephone etiquette and strong customer service orientation.

High attention to detail with excellent time management skills.

Strong emotional intelligence (EQ).
