This role is responsible for controlling, auditing, and validating the integrity of master data across multiple systems and modules, ensuring strict compliance with established rules and processes. You will play a key role in maintaining data accuracy while continuously enhancing master data frameworks to support evolving business needs. Working across SAP and related systems, you will collaborate with stakeholders across divisions to ensure data consistency, support system enhancements, and enable seamless integration across the business. What You’ll Do Maintain and align master data attributes across SAP and related subsidiary systems Ensure compliance with master data rules, processes, and approval frameworks Validate, audit, and continuously monitor data integrity across systems Support system implementations and enhancements through stakeholder engagement Analyse master data lifecycle and identify redundancy or optimisation opportunities Create and maintain accurate master data records across multiple platforms Extract and deliver data reports to support business decision-making Maintain comprehensive documentation and filing of all master data activities Collaborate with business owners to refine and enhance master data processes What You Bring BCom or equivalent qualification Progress toward CA or CMA is advantageous 1–3 years’ experience in a multi-functional production or supply chain environment Exposure to SAP and related systems such as MACs, MTech, ADEXA Strong understanding of business processes across finance, inventory, and operations Advanced Excel and reporting capability Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines What Success Looks Like High levels of master data accuracy, consistency, and integrity Strong compliance with governance frameworks and processes Positive stakeholder feedback and service delivery standards Continuous improvement in data quality and system alignment Proactive identification and resolution of data risks and inefficiencies Client Information A leading, multi-divisional organisation operating within a complex supply chain and production environment, focused on operational excellence, data integrity, and continuous improvement.
