WERKDOEL
Inkomende of uitgaande beleidsverkope, gebaseer op leidrade en kampanjes. Inisieer die klintverhouding en voldoen aan verskeie KPI’s. Maak kontak met die klint, voer behoefte-analise uit en stel klintoplossings voor. Vereis ‘n soliede kennis van produkte, hul eienskappe en die mark, asook ‘n fokus op die groei van die handelsmerk.
VERANTWOORDELIKHEDE
Ontwikkeling van klintverhoudinge
Maak telefoniese oproepe aan toegewysde klinte om nuwe verhoudinge te ontwikkel of as ‘n eerste kontakpunt.
Verduideliking van klintbehoeftes
Stel duidelike doelwitte vir elke verkoopoproep of -vergadering, gebruik standaardmateriaal om ‘n aanbieding aan die klint te maak en stel relevante vrae om die klint se vlak van belangstelling te evalueer en areas wat verdere inligting of verduideliking benodig, te identifiseer en daarop te reageer.
Verkoop van klintvoorstelle
Identifiseer die produkte of dienste wat die beste aan die klint se behoeftes voldoen, gebruik persoonlike kundigheid om hoeveelhede binne standaard bedryfsprosedures, beleid en prosedures voor te stel. Verduidelik die keuse aan die klint, benvloed die klint om ‘n aankoop te maak met die beste voordele en oplossings om aan die klint se behoeftes te voldoen.
Bestuur van klintverhoudinge (CRM) Data
