Wowing the guests with excellent service
Meets and Greets
Safari emails attended to urgently
Attending guests queries inhouse
Good Opera knowledge
Compiling all guests’ information before arrival
All diaries to be completed and updated
Making sure all resources are there for each activity or treatment
Completing all month reports
Financials figure to be understood
Attending to all IT related issues
Requirements:
Grade 12
A formal qualification will be an advantage
At least 2+ years’ experience in a similar position
Energetic and enthusiastic
Empathetic to Guests need
Flexible
Team player
Able to work under pressure
Bubbly personality
Good communication skills
