About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team in the Northern Cape region. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our mining equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and repairing electrical systems on heavy equipment
- Maintaining and repairing diesel engines and mechanical components
- Troubleshooting faults and performing routine maintenance tasks
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operation of equipment
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Diesel Mechanic within the Mining Equipment Industry
- Relevant Trade Test qualifications in Diesel Mechanics
- Proven experience working on Yellow Mining Machinery
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
- Valid Driver’s License and own Transport required
