About the Role

Misty Hills Hotel, Conference Centre & Spa is seeking a creative and forward-thinking Social Media & Content Creator to elevate our digital presence across the hospitality industry; leisure, weddings, conferencing, events, spa, and memorable dining experiences. We are looking for someone who understands both content strategy and AI-powered marketing, and knows how to turn engagement into enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a monthly content strategy in keeping with our values.
• Plan and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & LinkedIn.
• Create engaging reels and short-form video content.
• Manage community engagement and response time.
• Grow followers organically.
• Identify opportunities for automation and workflow improvements.
• Assist with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) content ideas.
• Track AI-driven search and content visibility trends.

Requirements

• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney/Canva AI, analytics AI tools, etc.).
• Strong understanding of content marketing.
• Video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe, etc.).
• Excellent copywriting skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Understanding of SEO and AI search visibility is advantageous.
• Has a valid driver’s licence (Code 8/B).
• Willingness to travel.
