About the Role
HyperParts, a trusted name in the automotive parts industry for over 45 years, is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced multiple parts salesperson to join our dynamic team. As a counter sales and telesales professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and contributing to our continued retail innovation and parts supply leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on automotive parts to customers
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective telesales and counter sales strategies
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our product range and stay up-to-date with industry developments
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of counter and telesales experience in the automotive parts industry
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Excel
- Excellent telephone manners and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
