About the Role
Tsebo Catering Solutions is seeking a dynamic and service-driven Catering Manager to lead the daily operations of a key client site in Mossel Bay. The ideal candidate will be a true foodie with a passion for culinary excellence, responsible for delivering high-quality catering services in alignment with site-specific SLAs and Tsebo standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily catering operations and ensure top-quality food and service.
- Maintain excellent client relationships and act as the main point of contact.
- Drive sales growth through promotions, upselling, and service innovation.
- Ensure menus are creative, on-trend, and aligned with client needs.
