About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at HotelJobs in Mossel Bay, Western Cape. As the manager of our Game Reserve Restaurant, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and staff management, we are looking for someone who can lead by example and motivate a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities

- Maintain high food quality, hygiene, and service standards
- Manage stock, cost control, and supplier relationships
- Implement and streamline systems, protocols, and procedures
- Package guests effectively
Requirements
- Hospitality Management Diploma or similar (beneficial)
- Minimum 2-3 years management experience in restaurant
- Proven leadership with strong customer service and staff management skills
- Excellent financial acumen and reporting abilities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in POS systems and IT tools
Qualifications
- Hospitality Management Diploma or similar (if applicable)
Salary & Benefits
R12 000 – R15 000 per month depending on experience, live-in start date
