About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Bright Placements (PTY) Ltd in Mpumalanga. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple outlets efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of food and beverage outlets
- Supervise staff and ensure high standards of service are maintained
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost control measures
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Ensure compliance with hygiene regulations and service standards
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, or related field
- 2–4 years’ experience in a supervisory or junior management F&B role
- Experience in hospitality environments such as lodges, hotels, or resorts
- Exposure to multiple outlets (restaurants, bars, banquets) is advantageous
