Job Description

TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Broker (Medical Insurance) within the Insurance Department at Nelspruit, Mpumalanga. Job Summary This role involves selling and advising clients on medical insurance and medical aid products, with a strong emphasis on sales performance and client education. Candidates with insurance branch experience and an agricultural background will be well-suited due to client profile demands. Responsibilities and Duties Sell and promote medical insurance and medical aid solutions Conduct needs assessments and guide clients through benefit options Handle new applications, upgrades, and member support Drive new business acquisition and meet monthly sales targets Assist with claims queries and liaise with providers Manage relationships with agricultural and rural clients Stay updated on healthcare legislation and product changes Qualifications and Skills Matric / Grade 12 Relevant degree / qualification Strong proven sales experience (insurance branch exposure preferred) Agricultural experience or relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous) RE5 qualification (advantageous) Knowledge of medical insurance / medical aid products Excellent communication skills, especially in simplifying complex benefits High customer service orientation and strong administration skills Take the next step in your career with TWK Agri, a trusted leader in agriculture and beyond. *The company can expire job adverts at any time at their own discretion.
