About the Role
Ideal & Selected Candidates is seeking a customer-focused individual to join our call centre team in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving client queries in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers telephonically
- Assist and resolve client queries
- Follow up on complaints
- Capturing vouchers
- Month end stats for manager
- Purchase orders
- Follow up on invoices
- Assist clients with service requests
- Orders and month end forecasting
- Sourcing quotations
- Assisting depot managers if needed
- Telesales – New policy sign up queries and sign ups
Requirements

Salary & Benefits
- Starting Salary: R 8,000-R 10,000 per month
