About the Role
GAP Consulting is seeking an experienced Dealer Principal to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive dealership management and excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the dealership
- Lead a high-performing sales team
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Monitor and control inventory levels
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years’ experience as a Dealer Principal within the Automotive Industry
- A Degree | Diploma in Business Management | Marketing and Sales will be advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong Working Knowledge of Automotive Dealership Management disciplines essential
- Able to work in a high pressure, competitive Automotive Dealership environment
- Valid Driver’s License required

Salary & Benefits
