Job Description
Hire Resolve is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance and Admin Assistant to join our client’s Juice Production team. This role is essential to maintaining the financial and administrative functions of the juice production operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
The Finance and Admin Assistant will be responsible for providing financial support, managing administrative tasks, and assisting with budgeting and reporting for the Juice Production unit. Responsibilities
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable specific to the juice production department
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist in preparing financial reports
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes for juice production
- Conduct inventory tracking and assist in stock management
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and managing correspondence
- Assist with payroll processing and employee records management
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Provide support for audits and financial reviews as necessary
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Finance
- Previous experience in a finance or administrative assistant role preferred
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Interest in the food production industry is a plus
