About the Role
MSP Staffing LTD is seeking an experienced HRD Trainer (Engineering) to join their team in Mpumalanga. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with expertise in engineering and mining operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs for employees in a trackless mining environment
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of employee performance and skills
- Collaborate with management to design and implement training strategies
- Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to improve their technical skills
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Relevant ETD/ HRD Qualification/Certificate
- NQF Level 4
- First Aid Certificate
- Registered Assessor and Moderator
- Engineering Trade Test
- 5 years experience in a trackless mining environment
