Boksburg: SHIFT JUNIOR MILLWRIGHT (X2) FOOD FACTORY – Urgently needed posted by PAR EXCELLANCE

Tech.Gr.12;N3+ Electromech.Eng;Trade Tested Millwright; PLC/VSD. Must have 1-2+ years of food factory exp. on processing/ packing/ labelling m/c/PLC/VSD in a food/beverage/FMCG factory. Must achieve Department goals across all applicable content areas/forge cross departmental relationships based on common company values/ways of working. Install/assemble machinery/mechanical systems/equipment as per blueprints /technical manuals/ manufacturer specs. Perform routine preventative maint. on machines/conveyors/pumps/ motors/other mechanical equipment. Diagnose/repair issues with mechanical systems/electrical components/hydraulics. Efficiently troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns/minimise production downtime/utilise diagnostic tools to identify issues, incl. vibration analysis/infrared thermography. Assist with installation of new systems/upgrades to existing equipment/modifications to improve the overall efficiency of operations. Work closely with production teams/engineers/other maintenance personnel to resolve equipment issues/improve machine performance. Maintain accurate records of maint./ repairs/ installations, incl. parts used/labour hours/any issues found. Ensure tools/ equipment/parts required for maintenance are available/well-maintained /follow all safety SOPs, incl. lockout/tagout practices/while working with hazardous machinery/equipment. Ensure adherence to health/ safety standards/regulatory requirements.
