Matric Certificate 3 years experience in a supervisory or Assistant Manager role in the restaurant or hospitality industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver excellent customer service Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems is a plus Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Valid drivers licence and own vehicle Key

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations to ensure smooth service and a positive guest experience Supervise, train, and support restaurant staff to ensure high-quality service Help manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies Ensure that all restaurant policies, procedures, and standards are consistently followed Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional and efficient manner Assist with budgeting, financial tracking, and cost control efforts Support the Restaurant Manager in maintaining health, safety, and sanitation compliance Consultant: Lynette Wolmarans – Dante Personnel Mpumalanga
