About the Role
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our team at ARCS in Nelspruit. As an integral part of our support infrastructure, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and resolving issues for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to clients
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
- Conduct regular system checks and maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Must live within a 20km radius of Nelspruit
- Own transport and valid license required
- Relevant IT Certificate
- Minimum 2 year experience in IT
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Formal education or certification in IT (if applicable)
