Job Description

Overview:

This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our company’s IT systems, providing technical support, troubleshooting system issues, review design components and identify ways that the processes need to change to streamline business and IT operations. This role supports departments to create dashboards that streamline reporting and can give accurate feedback on operations and performance. This role also assists in training staff to implement any system changes and developments.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Systems:

Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing systems, processes, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders, users, and management to gather system requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
Oversee the implementation of new systems or enhancements, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure and applications.
Create comprehensive documentation, including user manuals and guidelines, and provide training and support to end-users.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to optimize systems and processes.

General IT:

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.
Implement and manage data backup solutions to safeguard critical information.
Monitor security protocols, conduct regular security audits, and implement necessary measures to protect against cybersecurity threats.

Self-Management:

Comply with all Company Policies and Procedures and workflow processes.
Build strong relationships with the branch and site administrators as well as management.

Hard Skills Background / Technical Competencies:

Proven experience as an IT Systems analyst of 10 years +
Must have worked extensively on one or more of the following systems: Evolve, Power BI, and/or Click view.
Familiarity with specific programming languages, database management systems, and enterprise software.
Strong knowledge of system implementation and maintenance.
A bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or relevant field is beneficial or Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience with project management methodologies is beneficial.
