About the Role
MPRTC Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Professional Quantity Surveyor – Construction to join our team in Nelspruit. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert quantity surveying services to construction projects, ensuring accurate cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and interpret Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and tender documentation
- Conduct cost estimation and budgeting for construction projects
- Provide cost control and management services to clients
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Travel to project sites as required
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying (NQF Level 7)
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience
- Professional registration with SACQSP (essential)
- Experience in project management (advantageous)
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications in Quantity Surveying
