• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Unendorsed drivers license (specified code)
• Computer literacy
• Willingness to work flexible hours/over time
• Professional appearance & 1st impressions
• Fluent, clear English communication
• Ability to handle difficult customers
• Customer service orientation
• 2 – 5 Years’ Experience within the Premium Motor Brand Industry (Ex. BMW, Audi, Jeep, Volvo, Jaguar etc.)
