An opportunity exists for a Junior Receiving Clerk to join a large, high-volume retail / supermarket operation based in Newcastle (Northern KZN trade area).This role is ideally suited to a junior-level candidate with basic receiving, stock-handling or retail back-of-house experience who is eager to grow within a structured retail environment. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Receiving and checking incoming stock deliveriesVerifying quantities, quality and delivery documentationAssisting with offloading of goods (manual handling required)Reporting shortages, damages or discrepanciesCapturing delivery information accuratelyEnsuring stock is moved to designated storage areasMaintaining cleanliness and order in receiving areasAdhering to health, safety and security proceduresGrade 12 (Matric)Previous retail / warehouse / receiving exposure (advantageous)Basic numeracy and record-keeping skillsPhysically fit and reliableWillingness to work retail hours and shiftsInterested applications are requested to submit their updated CVs (in Word.doc format) via email using Ref # 2432 Honest, detail-orientated and punctual
