About the Role

Hire Resolve’s client, a healthcare company based in KwaZulu-Natal, is seeking an experienced Unit Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and driving business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Overseeing daily operations and ensuring seamless execution of departmental functions.
Managing and guiding a team to meet organizational goals and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
Developing strategies to improve unit performance and maximize productivity.
Coordinating projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Requirements
