Job Summary
Hire Resolve’s client, a healthcare company based in KwaZulu-Natal, is currently looking for a Unit Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily operations and ensuring seamless execution of departmental functions.
- Managing and guiding a team to meet organizational goals and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Developing strategies to improve unit performance and maximize productivity.
- Coordinating projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, enhancing communication and satisfaction levels.
- Conducting regular performance reviews and providing mentorship to team members.
- Driving business development initiatives and pursuing new opportunities for growth.
- Implementing best practices and process improvements to optimize operations.
Client Liaison
- Ensure continuous communication with clients for project updates and feedback.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to address their needs and expectations.
Management Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility for team training and development, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
- Monitor and manage the unit’s budget effectively.
- Encourage innovation within the team to enhance service delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or relevant field.
- 3 – 5 years of management experience, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of achieving performance metrics and meeting operational goals.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and empowerment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with recruitment technologies and tools.
