Key Responsibilities
- Prepare the pass area for service
- Transport food items prepared in the main kitchen to the relevant food and beverage outlets
- Ensure an efficient link between the Food Service Ambassador and the kitchen
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of menu terminology, the current menu, and the wine list
- Utilize technology, such as mobile devices, to support seamless service execution
Requirements
- Relevant upmarket restaurant experience in a 4* or equivalent environment
- Ability to work across multiple functions (restaurant, room service, lounge, conference & events)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work various shifts
