Job description: Who We Are Quantum Contract Solutions works with construction subcontractors across the UK, Ireland and Australia to help them squeeze more margin out of their projects and massively reduce contract risk by tightening up contracts, EOTs, variations and disputes. Were growing fast and were building a small, high-output sales team to fuel that growth. We do high ticket business to business sales only for an international market. There are two shifts available for this role. One in Australia (2am to 10am SAST) and one in the UK (11am to 7pm SAST.) Daily Reality Targets (Non- Negotiable) 200 outbound dials per day (minimum) Fast-paced conversations (most under 2 minutes) Short, Sharp conversations and book qualified sales calls for our Account Executives Follow a fast phasing process and script. Hit and exceed your 1 completed qualified call per workday target ( 22 per month). Rejection is constant, Wins are earned. 1 qualified calls booked and shown per day Clean CRM updates after every interaction Compensation Base salary (probation): R12,000R13,000 per month (first 3 months, depending on experience). Base salary (post-probation): R14,000R15,000 per month once youve shown to hit the targets consistently. You earn commission on completed, qualified sales calls you book. You control your income. At target, your total monthly earnings are in the R25,000R30,000 range. If you outperform (2530 shows), R30,000R35,000 is realistic. There is no cap. The Role This is a pure outbound setting role.
