Job Description

About the Role

Finstone SA is seeking an experienced Financial Clerk to join our team in the mining industry. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial administration, providing exceptional support to our teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing and processing financial documents such as bills, receipts, and invoices.
Updating and maintaining the database, financial records, and filing systems.
Tracking and monitoring financial transactions.
Performing account reconciliations and audits.
Reporting financial discrepancies, errors, and customer complaints to the supervisor.
Compiling financial spreadsheets, reports, statements, and other documents as needed.

Requirements

Relevant Financial Courses
1 Year experience as Financial Clerk
Proficient in MS Office (i.e. Outlook, Excel (advance), PowerPoint, Word)
Understanding and have knowledge of the respective financial policies, procedures, and processes
Proficient in Dynamix Solutions
