About the Role
The Area Retail Manager will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business success in the Northern Cape region.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee branch operations, budgets, and KPIs
- Lead, mentor, and manage branch managers and staff
- Ensure excellent customer experience and compliance with policies
- Monitor stock, inventory, and financial performance
- Report to senior management on branch performance
Requirements
- 8+ years managerial experience in retail
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Retail-related degree or diploma
