About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a polished and driven Assistant Camp Manager to join a luxury private game reserve in the Northern Cape. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for someone with strong five star experience to step into a dynamic leadership position in the bush.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Camp Manager in overseeing daily operations
- Ensure exceptional guest service
- Maintain the highest standards throughout the camp
- Provide natural hosting and exceptional guest relations
- Develop and implement effective staff training programs
- Manage food and beverage operations effectively
Requirements
- Minimum 5 star lodge or hotel experience essential
- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role
- Exceptional guest relations and hosting ability
- Strong food and beverage knowledge
- Excellent administration and organisational skills
- Confident team leader with staff training experience
- Ability to work well under pressure in a remote environment
