About the Role
AS Maintenance and Corporate Solutions is seeking a skilled Technician/Handyman to join our team in the Northern Suburbs area. We require an experienced individual who can handle various maintenance tasks, repairs, and installations across multiple trade areas.
Key Responsibilities
- General building maintenance
- Building alterations
- Plumbing and drainage services
- Paint renovations and waterproofing
- Drywall installations
- Suspended ceilings
- Repairs and plastering
- Refrigeration equipment installation, repair, and maintenance (lighting, shelving, plumbing, drainage)
- Air conditioning repairs, installations, and maintenance
- Electrical installations and repairs
- Low voltage wiring services
- Installation of burglar bars and other types of steelwork
- Automation of gates
- Tiling and marble work
- Door and window installation
Requirements
- Relevant trade experience (plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Physical fitness for manual labor
- Valid driver’s license (if applicable)
Qualifications
- Formal qualifications in a relevant trade (e.g., plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
