About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee regional activities for a luxury hospitality group in Arusha, Tanzania. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence and consistency across the portfolio of remote lodges.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage logistical and administrative health of properties
- Mentor onsite management at various lodge locations
- Audit service standards and streamline supply chains
- Maintain high standards of guest experience and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Significant bush experience within remote environments (mandatory)
- Proven ability to manage complex operations and supply chains in a remote hospitality context
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently between Arusha and various lodge locations
- Good health with no serious medical conditions due to the remote nature of the properties

Salary & Benefits
Salary: USD 3000 to USD 3500 per month (Net of taxes)
Savings Scheme: A 10% employee contribution toward the NSSF, matched by a 10% employer contribution
