About the Role

ProStaffSelect is seeking a passionate and energetic Chef de Partie to join our team at a premium wine estate in Paarl, where modern and contemporary lunchtime cuisine meets formal intimate evening fine dining dinners. We are looking for a skilled individual with excellent organisational skills, a positive work attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook modern and contemporary lunches and dinners
  • Assist in managing the kitchen and ensuring efficient service
  • Coordinate with the Butlers and Housemen to deliver tailor-made dinners for 3 Private Villas on the Wine Estate
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety

Requirements

  • Previous experience within top fine dining establishments (preferred)
  • Strong HOT SECTION DEMI CDP skills and knowledge
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and team-working skills

Qualifications

  • Formal education or certifications in Culinary Arts (if applicable)

Salary & Benefits
