About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Documentation Controller to join our team in Paarl. As the backbone of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless documentation instructions to forwarders, accurate customer information management, and efficient tracking of all documentation related to fruit production, processing, and export.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for all documentation instructions to forwarder
- Create / update customer information
- Communicate daily operation report to department in terms of documentation statuses & tracking
- Manage and oversee all documentation related to fruit production, processing, and export
- Maintain accurate records of certifications, permits, and regulatory documents
- Coordinate the collection, review, and approval of all documentation
Requirements
- BComm graduate
- Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
- Detail orientated
- Must live in or around Paarl
