Key Responsibilities Reception & Office Administration Manage calls, welcome visitors, and maintain a professional reception area General office administration and supplies management Support agents with enquiries and day-to-day office coordination Real Estate Administrative Support Load and manage deals on MOON Draft, check and distribute Offers to Purchase Liaise with attorneys and follow up on outstanding documents Ensure contracts are compliant and properly filed (digital & physical) Marketing & Social Media Create content using Canva Manage monthly social media plans (4 posts per week stories) Assist with campaigns, newsletters, video projects and events Support CRM systems and marketing strategy initiatives Quarterly marketing reporting Requirements Strong organisational and administrative skills Professional communication and attention to detail Canva and social media proficiency Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional, reliable and service-oriented
