About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as the receptionist at Stellenbosch Speed. As the face of our automotive repair centre, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients while managing our busy switchboard.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a busy switchboard
- Welcoming and assisting clients
- Handling bookings, enquiries & follow-ups
- Managing job cards & client documentation
- Assisting with quotes, invoicing & admin tasks
- Capturing data accurately on internal systems
Requirements
- Grade 12 – 2 years Reception/Admin experience
- Moto industry experience (advantageous)
- Fluent in Afrikaans & English
- Strong organisation & attention to detail
- Professional, friendly & confident
- Vantage software experience a plus
