ProStaffSelect are in search of a dynamic & talented RESTAURANT HOST / HOSTESS as the first point of contact at this fine establishment; to welcome guests, oversee reservations on DinePlan, coordinate with both front of house staff and kitchen personnel and to ensure an enjoyable, pleasing and smooth dining experience for all guests. REQUIREMENTS Wine or F&B Service certification with at least 3 years experience in a similar environment Positive and bubbly personality, focused on outstanding customer service Exceptional communication skills both written & verbal Adaptable & proficient in multi-tasking & ability to prioritize & manage reservations Excellent computer skills especially on DinePlan and Point of Sale Thorough understanding of fine dining cuisines & signature wines AND food & wine service
