About the Role

The Senior Conveyancing Secretary will be responsible for managing and processing bond registrations, liaising with clients and stakeholders, preparing conveyancing documentation, ensuring compliance with bank requirements, maintaining accurate file management, providing administrative support to conveyancers, and utilizing various software systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process bond registrations from instruction through to lodgement and registration
