The Contractor will provide family medicine and primary health care services while operating independently within the Practices facilities and governance framework.Key Responsibilities: – Provide ethical, evidence-based primary health care services – Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions – Perform minor procedures within scope of competence – Issue prescriptions, referral letters, and medical certificates – Maintain accurate, confidential medical records – Ensure all services comply with HPCSA standards and guidelines – Manage patient billing where applicableProfessional Requirements: – Registered with the HPCSA – Maintain professional indemnity insurance appropriate to services rendered – Responsible for own tax and statutory obligationsFacilities & Support : – Fully equipped consultation and procedure rooms – Administrative and IT support – Practice-managed marketing and advertisingRemuneration & Expenses: – Monthly revenue-based remunerationWorking Hours: MonThu: 08:0017:00 Fri: 08:0015:00 Sat: 08:0013:00*Contractor may adjust hours and days at own discretion
