About the Role
The Branch Administrator will be responsible for ensuring accurate recording and reporting of employee working hours and leave, as well as supporting payroll processing and compliance with company policies and labour regulation.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate recording and reporting of employee working hours and leave.
- Support payroll processing and compliance with company policies and labour regulation.
- Follow WFM/PRP monthly procedures.
- Accurately prepare and submit time and attendance data for payroll.
- Ensure all data is correct and submitted within deadlines across various branches within the division.
- Work overtime during monthly payroll cut off dates.
- Liaise with employees and management to get documents completed and signed.
- Handle employee administration tasks, including maintaining employee records and files.
- Maintain inventory counts of uniform stock.
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Ensure confidentiality of all employees and company information.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant administrative qualification (advantageous).
- Previous administrative experience, preferably within the security industry.
- Practical experience with PRP/WFM within the work environment.
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Strong computer and reporting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
